The Red wine of Caparsa is a wine produced exclusively with the grapes of Caparsa di Sangiovese, not vintage. It is the ideal daily wine at a reasonable price. Unfiltered, it is aged in cement tanks, preserving the aromas and simplicity of the wines of the past.

Maturation: 18/36 months in cement tanks.


Fermentation: spontaneous, with native yeasts, for about 12 days.
