The Process: From Launch to Pour

From Earth to Orbit — and Back to the Glass.

Every bottle of Fibonacci wine carries a story written in gravity, time, and stars.

The wine itself becomes both a scientific artifact and a luxury experience — a fusion of discovery, craftsmanship, and cosmic wonder.

“When you pour a glass of Fibonacci wine, you’re not just tasting Earth — you’re tasting the journey between worlds.”

Phase 1: The Preparation — Where Earthly Craft Meets Aerospace Precision

Each mission begins on Earth with meticulous selection and preparation.
Partner wineries handcraft the chosen vintages — wines with structure, balance, and complexity suited for the challenges of space.
Specialized engineers at Fibonacci Cellars design custom canisters that protect the wine from radiation, vibration, and temperature extremes, while preserving its integrity.

Every detail is measured to withstand the unknown — blending the precision of aerospace with the soul of winemaking.

Phase 2: The Launch — Defying Gravity

Once sealed and verified, each canister is integrated into a commercial space payload — aboard rockets launching from Cape Canaveral or partner launch sites worldwide.
As the engines ignite, tradition leaves the ground.
In that moment, Fibonacci wine begins its transformation — embarking on a voyage to join the few materials ever aged in space.

Visual Idea: Rocket ascending, with faint wine-red plumes trailing into orbit.

Phase 3: The Orbit — Aging in Microgravity

In orbit, wine experiences microgravity aging, where fluid dynamics behave unlike anything on Earth.
Without gravity, sediments float freely, molecules interact differently, and the evolution of taste takes on a new rhythm.

During this time:

  • Wine undergoes subtle changes in structure and tannin balance

  • Fermentation and chemical processes are monitored remotely

  • Each bottle’s mission data — radiation, temperature, duration — is logged and stored on the blockchain

“In microgravity, even the smallest particle moves differently — and so does the soul of the wine.”

Phase 4: The Return — Reentry, Recovery, Revelation

After months to over a year in orbit, the canisters reenter Earth’s atmosphere, shielded and recovered by precision retrieval teams.
Returned to Earth, the bottles undergo chemical, aromatic, and sensory analysis in collaboration with partner institutions and sommeliers.
Every detail — from molecular composition to taste profile — is documented, creating the first scientific understanding of space-aged wine evolution.

Phase 5: The Pour — A Taste of the Cosmos

Once verified and authenticated, the limited vintages are released to collectors, connoisseurs, and research partners — each accompanied by:

  • A blockchain certificate of provenance

  • Mission data and a digital record of the bottle’s spaceflight

  • Optional NFT ownership or fractional token
